Shining Light Family Childcare is a licensed, small, in-home daycare in Poway, California. We offer a safe and loving "home away from home" for full-time infants and toddlers with a very low caregiver to child ratio, and a commitment to a strong partnership with parents.

We help your child explore and learn through play, build early social skills, and find inspiration in nature. Our goal is to help each child reach their early milestones in preparation for preschool.

Shining Light provides age-appropriate activities that spark your child's interest, and helps them develop. We structure days filled with meaningful play, socialization, healthy food, and good rest.

In our backyard, children will have the opportunity to enjoy the vegetable garden, fruit trees, play on the natural grass, and develop their gross motor skills on our play equipment.
